Full-time PASTRY CHEF


Pavé is looking for a Pastry Chef to join the production team in the Turro area, Milan.

If you love pastry done well, without shortcuts, you might be the right person.

What you will do:

  • Preparation and production of fresh pastry according to our recipes and procedures.
  • Working with doughs, creams, leavened products, large leavened items, and baked goods.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure quality, consistency, and order in the laboratory.

What we are looking for:

  • At least two years of experience in pastry following a training course in the sector.
  • Strong motivation to collaborate and operate in a structured artisanal context.
  • Precision, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
  • Availability for early morning shifts: for this reason, you must have your own means of transport to reach the laboratory.
