Full-time KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Hi,

We are looking for a new person to join our team as a full-time Cold Kitchen Assistant, to lead the preparation and organization of the savory line—from breakfast to lunch service—at our via Felice Casati location.

Our menu changes with the seasons: daily specials, hot and cold creams, and sandwiches made with high-quality ingredients and sourdough bread, baked fresh every day in our workshop.

The role involves:

• Made-to-order preparations
• Supporting the preparation of the savory line (vegetables, creams, sandwiches, salads, soups)
• Planning and monitoring daily production
• Food management and storage according to HACCP standards
• Managing orders and supplies, while monitoring consumption
• Maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness

What we offer:

• Full-time contract (6-month fixed-term, with the possibility of a permanent position)
• Continuous shifts (e.g., 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) – no split shifts, no evenings
• Two consecutive days off, because to work well, you also need to recharge!
