The pastry shop is looking for a full-time floor manager to handle customer reception, service, and management of the dining area.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in this role, has a good command of English, is comfortable with high customer traffic, has a passion for pastries and leavened products, and loves sharing their story with guests.
This is a full-time position, structured as five days out of seven, with two consecutive days off—no split shifts. The position starts with a fixed-term contract, with the goal of transitioning to a permanent contract as soon as possible.
We are looking to fill this position between late January and early February.
